General Payroll Advice if opting out of the HR shared service
All local authority maintained schools must have clear processes and checks in place to evidence that they have due regard for the government advice and standards when choosing to manage their own payroll.
- Kingston and Richmond Teachers
The Burgundy Book contains conditions of service for teachers on such areas as
appointment, resignation, retirement, sick pay/sick leave and maternity. Schools must also have due regard for the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document.
